I've searched but can't find anything on cloudy headlights. Are they cleanable and if so - how? It's an 04 90 and the lenses look glass and clouded from the inside. Are the lenses removable or sealed units?

TIA
Stu

If its condensation inside the lens, take the bulb out and blown hot air in with the wife's / girlfriend's hair dryer.

Not condensation as the lenses are dry. Looks like white smoked glass and gives of a dimmer light when driving at night.

a shame there not plastic ones, as my son has polished up both outsides on his sisters KA
one was accident scratched, so he just polished out the scratches with fine wet an dry, then fine green scourer, then paint polishing stuff (farecla) ?? on a soft cloth, then finer body polish, then mums furniture polish..
he done both but one was much easier...
look like new sparkly headlights now....

I've got some Hella lights that are cloudy. Been thinking of fixing them, but I don't know how. I reckon a lint-free cloth, secured to a screwdriver with some zip ties or something, and then spraying some brake cleaner into the light, and swirling the rag around from the light-bulb-hole might work...!? Not tried it though.

could always try swilling round some petrol to rinse it out obviously let it dry and air out after !

there is also some decent degreaser made from concentrated oranges that shouldn't damage anything !!

when I upgraded to wipac crystals i sealed the lamp in with a high temp glue gun to stop crud getting in in the first place seems to be working and if a bulb goes its easy to peel off !
