Clicking Tappets?

apparently its the cam followers - the roller gets a "flat" in it - and then they click! so its a replace cam followers, rollers, and sliders jobby:eek:

according to KG - the prob is wiv broken bits - the longer its left - the more chance there is of bits circulating around the engine till they block summat:eek:
 
Which gives you carte blanche to buy a rusted out disco I V8 and turn yer series into a really serious proposition wiv coil springs, discs on each corner, a five speed box and one o' them 4.3 stroker kits you've bin droolin' over!
 
Thas only cos of those 1920's tech springs it's got fitted at the moment - with disco/defender coils on, it would only be marginally more bouncy than mine.
