Ok, so the rad,header tank and hoses are brand new, but you get the idea.
Nice and clean, loving the allisport parts, any issues with header tank re cooling/heating.
I'm looking at getting one in the new year.

None at all, mate. Direct replacement for the factory jobbie.
I suppose you could argue that it slightly aids cooling due to aluminium dispersing heat better than reinforced plastic, but not by any measurable amount.
Should also be a lot stronger than the plastic tanks which sometimes have a tendency to burst with age etc.
Just make sure your tank cap is up to scratch or replace with a new one at the same time, as it is essential that the pressure relief valve works as it should with these tanks given that they're not liable to split at the seams under extreme pressure.
It also looks pretty damn
