wash out the pipes and flush with water, make sure there bone dry.
Wash the i/cooler out with water, then put a rag on one end, put petrol in, swill around and shake alot. Empty out. Really allow to dry (good job weathers nice), re fit, job done, prepair for whistling!

I filled my intercooler with parafin (after taking it out) and left it overnight. It was emptied and left to dryout again overnight, it really shifted the dirt!
