Think ill pickup some acidico at builders merchant tomorrow...we use it here for cleaning showerheads but can buy 5l for brick cleaning...thanks...

brick acid is usually pretty much muriatic acid I think.

Yes it is...was trying to use what I have in workshop...lockdown just got strickter here but going to DIY store tomorrow anyway as I need to go to Waitrose and Iceland and Makro and theyre all in same industrial zone...

I've been buying 36% hydrochloric acid from ebay. Absolutely ridiculous and probably should be laws against it. Delivery driver will not know what they are carrying.

So diesel,petrol and acid didnt work but cellulose thinners disolves it quickly,so have left it soaking in a few litres of the stuff will empty in a few days and see what comes out...
