Hi all

I'm new on here so go easy!!!
I have just bought my first Range Rover, a 92 Vogue in Blue, really pleased with it except from the steering is a bit vague, it feels like when you turn the wheel there is a bit of a delay before anything happens.
Anyone have any experience of this or any idea what it could be?
Many thanks.

Stuart

Check your Power Assisted Steering (PAS) system it could be low on fluid, or have air in the system, sounds to me like the hydralics are not doing there job as quickly as they should, which points to the fluid or pump, check the belt - is it slipping?

Also with the engine off, and standing still is there a lot of play in the steering before the wheels move?
