Chequer plate's for defender front doors.

Hi.
I realise most peoples opinions on chequer plate's on this forum are, shall we say fairly negative, but was wandering if anyone knows where I can get plates for the bottom of my front doors? Similar size to the sill protectors would be perfect, I've been looking everywhere online and it's the one thing no-one seems to sell. I know you can get them because my friend has them on his (they were already fitted when he got it.) Cheers.

just buy some cp and use a jigsaw un make your own

Paddocks do a Pretty good selection, as well as mm-4x4.

Excellent, found them on Paddocks, fairly cheap too, thank you.
I did think about cutting my own but to be honest I'm just crap at things like that, it would just end up looking a mess.

I know you already have your answer but I just thought I'd say paddocks is by far the cheapest place for pretty much anything. At B&Q the other day a 2" by 3' piece of chequer plate was £13! I use paddocks for everything and even when they make a mistake they are quick to fix it.
