Seriously!! You want to change your motor from original spec. at the cheapest price just for look's. Have you considered how your car will handle afterwards, the impact on insurance, on how the car will handle etc.

FFS :search: and :search: again until you've got the correct info!!!!

Can we have more threads on lift kits please??? no really can we???

I dont think there is enough on the entire world wide wed!

Well before we start jumping the gun here i have restored a 1986 90 to high standards with most nee parts the rest powder coated etc, when i say for apperance im not stupid or wanting to build a 1500 quid monster truck like most people this will be purely for show? But im nearly 8000 into the finished item and want something like terrafima or something bright coloured to set the underneath off a bit, this landy probably wonr turn a wheel as it will be trailered eveywhere for the first year, so not sure what the in helpfull comments are about, thought we were here to help everyone out

STFU!

if you are going to flap your lips about spending 8k on an old tratter and now you wanna save some cash then you are first class tw@.

do it right or dont do it, come on man have some respect, even if it just for yourself.

Not penny pinching just running out of cash ive budgeted for everything mate and 300 quid for sone shocks and prings is part of that, i could put a 500-600 quid kit on but as i stated its for show purposes, i asked the question if anyone had any suggestions on kits not come and rip the ****, though people on here would be intersted in helping? Dunna worry im off to craddocks this morning to buy a kit so forget this thread its pointless now, oh and the 86 tratter it was worth every penny as everyone will see when the pics come up :)

Calm down dear.

No one is saying your landy is a s^*t. But it dosent make much sense to scrimp and save when youve spent 8k on it so far. If its as good as you say it is(and im sure it is) then you dont want to ruin it by putting cheap rubbish on there.

Having read the last couple of posts again, youve said it will be trailed most of the time. Well if this is the case then you would be fine with a few lollipop sticks and some rubber bands. (IE a cheap kit) But the moment you want to use it for what i was made to do then you'll find your self replacing broken bits.

britpart will suit you fine for the moment but i would get the terrafirma if you plan to use it anytime.

Bought some terrafima tf202s they in silver both shocks and spring so will look good against the black chassis and other stuff, didnt want any bright yellow ones, spent a far bit more at craddocks than i hoped for but it was worth it, just need to get them on as im showing it sunday at weston park
