I have kitted out my car in a very cheap way with genuine LR parts by basically being a bit of a weasel on Autotrader/Pistonheads etc.
I'll have a look at who's selling a car near me and if they have a bit of kit I like... Roof rack/front bumper etc... I call them up and ask if they want to sell it for cash. Doesn't effect the price of the car when they sell it and they get a bit of cash in their pocket! (Everyone likes a bit of cash.)
Got my front bumper for £100 and the roof rack for £180!
It was a hard decision revealing this trick but I in turn have been greatly helped here by everyone!
