Chassis Rot

I have a TD 5 Disco which passed MOT (just) , notes on certificate said chassis was very rusty. Am thinking of buying a new chassis from Richards at Mexborough who are able to fit the new chassis. As anyone used this company or can recommend alternative.

as in it needs a cleaning and waxoiled, or rotted with holes and welding needed

I think a lot of people can vouch for Richards. They are a good bunch of blokes, and they are a small business, but would not still be going if they were bad.
