Series 3 Chassis rebuild parts recommendation

I have had a check around the chassis, The front nearside dumb irons need replacing and The offside rear leaf spring mountings, both front and rear end of the leaf springs are corroded and need replacing along with the rear crossmember while I am at it.

Can anyone recommend who to go with to get these parts? I have heard good and bad from a few different suppliers so would just like to hear some recommendations.

Maybe for a separate post but I managed to trade a quickie loader for my IH 250 for a water tank that I wasn't going to use. Brilliant!

A number of us have found the basic BP parts ok, the outriggers seem to be well made and fit ok. Bear in mind theres is bound to be some cutting and welding anyway. Is it a LWB or SWB? The parts are not the same and the SWB seem to be easier to get than the LWB, the front outriggers and the mil-spec rear spring hangers for example. The mil and civvy dumb irons are not the same and the mil ones seem to be unobtainable.
