Hi Ian.
I changed mine after fitting two sets of rubber one to poly bushes, and to my knowledge they are still going strong today, i know who owns the FL1 now.

Thanks found these
but have to press them in, is this the kind of thing you used?
can not find already made up but would think a lot better, only slight worry is they are designed to move and would these bushes lock it up too much?

Note that if the front bush is repeatedly failing, maybe your VCU is getting tight and this is a warning.

Do the one wheel up test before replacing it and check all isnok.

The poly bushes push in in a bench vice ok with some soap or silicon spray.

I use poly on the front bush as all 3 increased the noise bit too much for me. Maybe it is diff wear !

I would agree with both these posts.

Hi thanks I was thinking of just replacing the front one as other back 2 look okay and thought that may allow a bit of movement, I have already got the 2 prop shaft bearings as they looked a little worn when I fitted the last lot of axle bushes but never got around to fitting them, so that maybe part of the problem but will check vcu at same time as makes scene
