A friend of mine has a td5 which is currently on airbags however he's just got a full set of springs for it 2nd hand which I'll be fitting soon as both his rear abs leak. I've been told that they are sided is this true and how do I tell the difference? Will I need to change all 4 or just the rear? Mine was done before I bought it. Also which fuse/relay will I need to remove for compressor etc. Cheers, guys.:)

britpart kit is best imo £60 ish, after fitting many ,springs arent handed ,ive found it improves ride /stability,you need spring plates etc which come with kit ,you switch vehicle into coil sprung from air using hawkeye or similar ,normally just rears get changed

So are we still undecided here then as or what? I think I'll just be changing the rears but conflicting answers about if they are sided.

There's no undeciding about it , just look at the part numbers for your self.
A lot of the info in forums is from people/owners that don't have a clue on the vehicles they drive/own.

Land Rover don't do spring kits, so do the job properly and get genuine stuff. Why not...
