Changed alternator now disco wont start.?

Hi all,

I've changed my alternator on my X Reg Disco and now my landi wont start.? any reason.? i hear it could be the immobiliser.? weve tried locking it till it flashes then geting back in starting but it just wont start.?

HELP PLEASE...

Give it a bump start, sometimes the starter motor sticks makes it look like the immobiliser

check the fly lead on the starter motor hasn't been knocked off whilst changing the alternator.

You have re-charged the battery haven't you?
