Centre Prop/shaft Support Bearings

hiya again, I took the complete prop shaft off a while since and the rubber on the bearings is coming away from the bracket, I have some time off work soon so I`m going to replace the 2 mountings, I`ve seen the details to remove the prop from the vcu but will the mountings just come away or do they have to be pressed off the vcu? cheers

Hi, I changed the tail shaft bearings a few months back and they need to be pressed off the shafts. Not a lot of pressure was required though. A decent puller would probaly do the task also.
