centre horn wiring

hello all

i got a streering wheel centre horn on ebay for a bargin a while back
same as the one in this photo

but my landy never had one originally, doe sanyone have a diagram of how these wire up. i was imagining a long cord, but it feels like it would just twist and tangle.

anyone know?

the coloums for center button horns had a brass slip ring iirc

cheers, i think i can see how it works, i have one brass ring attached to black wire, looks like it replaces the lock washer thing behind the steering wheel bolt, can't make sense of how the live wire goes on though

brass ring/tube went around the coloum ,a piece from wheel then touched that to maintain contact as wheel was turned button made another contact in wheel center
