Disco 2 Central Locking

On my first Discovery 2 it would lock the doors when I drove away. It got destroyed by arson. My replacement doesn’t do this, is this something I can turn on? Both were 01 td5 ES Or do I need the use of a Hawkeye/nanocom?

Hi Simon, There's something for locking in the Evo settings - Valeo BCU/Output security/locking.

Yes, you have to enable "speed locking" in the BCU settings

Unless you have a particular reason for wanting speed locking I'd advise you not to have it enabled.I've drunk too much Christmas spirit to tell the stories,but I advise all my customers to have it deactivated on their cars.
