CB mic recoiling holder thingy

ok, jst been watching IRT, and loads of the CBs have a recoiling mic holder thing.
just been looking on fleabay n google to find them, and cannot find them anywhere.

anyone any ideas what they are/what they are called, I cant even find the keychain things that do the same thing, think that one of those holders would be great for the fender,

problem is the pass ones retract quite quick..could do with a slower one so ot to damge mic
