I can move it later if need be, I just replaced the bottom steering column screw with a longer one and mounted it with that.
It is a very loud speaker and I haven't had it past half volume yet.

You can do that if you've got short legs!
I think it would be worse with short legs as the seat would be further forward, with the seat back it's no worries.
