I'm very tempted to come along to this. I'm not the most sociable person on this site as I don't usually get home from work till 2am
But it would be nice to meet some like minded people.
Also the offer of a single daughter seeking landy owner is awfully tempting
Will there be any traders? Or is this purely a social event?
I'm hoping that if I can come/afford to come, that il have my series up and running. If it's not would I still be welcome to come in my mondeo?

Its not a deal breaker Mate I'd rather be there just as a participant rather than worrying about trying to sell coffee with a giant hangover! No need to rock the boat with the van.

There is a temptation to get traders in because it would make finances easier but there's a definite intention to keep it as an LZ social event.
Turning up is far more important than what you turn up in
There'll always be spare seats if you want to ride shotgun Laning and with the band and bar Saturday night will be a cracker.

You're not alone in feeling like that, we've been gradually getting better at finding ways to get past that. Some of us have been chatting for years but never met face to face and it's always a little weird.
