Can the onboard computer effect the ride comfort

Yep. The diagnostics guy turned up. Explained to him how the car seems to go from luxury to harsh after a few days of getting it back from the garage. He wasn't convinced. He took one look at my tyres and said that's your problem. I explained I'm happy with the ride some of the time dispite the tyres. He insisted he'd seen it countless times - customers putting low profile tyres on the car and wondering why the ride suffers.

Anyway, he re-calibrated the heights. Thought it was sitting high at the front. He also reset the ECU. No improvement was immediate. But now I'm convinced it's driving better. Dear me, I think I'm losing it!!!! ;-)

He said the ECU was clear - no warnings.

Will give the car a good drive tomorrow to see how it feels. I'm also considering going from one extreme to the other. Replacing my 22" wheels for 18" for winter......and to experience the ride.

I'm still convinced the handling suffers after a few days. Will the FAULTMATE MSV-2 Extreme allow me to reset the ECU and re-cal the heights?

Ask Hippo, it certainly should:)
