can I save threads

Here goes, probably been asked before.
I am fairly new to Landyzone and have been looking at lots of forum threads for my own use.
I have found some really good ones that I will want to refer to at some time in the future.
Is there any way I can store threads for easy future reference for my own use somewhere in my Landyzone bit.
I know that I could just store the numbers that are of interest to me but would like to get myself a very quick reference library up together.

Send yourself an email with the thread locations on it and save it ...just keep adding locations to it ....threads should link straight to site for easy access

Or you could just go to the thread you want to save and click the little gold star with a green + sign over it. On the toolbar and add it to your favourites.

or right click and create a short cut on your desk top or my pc

or copy the address bar and stick it in a Word doc

Why would you want to save an empty word doc???
