Actually. You guys are right. I might as well get one bit of box section and at least have a go. Only gonna cost £50 in materials if it all goes wrong. Might go right and I'll have a new skill and saved enough for the 3D TV and winch bumper I've been lusting over. Pics to follow
that's the spirit. you can always cut it out if it all goes wrong.
take your time, tack in place, remove tacks and adjust if needed until you are happy then weld it in properly. gl
