buyers rights

I recently bought a new truck and consoldated some debts, signed the forms
and thought it was all good, found out that they did not cosoldated my
debts, and now have truck payment and my old loan as well, what are my
rights????? need help

Most states give you three days to cancel the deal.

After that, you're on your own. You signed the papers, and they are binding.
You can always go back to the lender and try to work something out.

Take the contract to a lawyer in your state, country, etc. Your rights
vary, but it sounds like you've been had by one of those fly by night
"debt considation and buy a new car" outfits that live on the edge of
the law and sell your debt to someone else so you have little recourse.
If the lawyer gives you bad news, you might try to see if the local
city, county, or state attorney already has a file on the outfit who
sold you this.
