Just wondering if anyone can recommend a specific make/type of bulb for the dipped beam for my TD4 facelift. I know it’s H7, just want to know if people have positive experiences with things like night breakers etc. I know this is pretty subjective, but still thoughts are welcome.

Phillips Racing vision are about the best available, and Ring Xenon 130 are second best. Both of these are good and as bright as legally allowed.
My favourite are Osram Rally 65 but sadly are no longer available. They produced loads of light (2100Lm), although they weren't strictly legal in a conventional light unit.
Osram Night Breakers are ok, but not as good as the Phillips Racing Vision or Ring Xenon 130.

I have Osram Night Breakers in mine better than the originals and i am happy with them having said that i might look for some Phillips Racing vision now
Nigh Breakers are pretty good, although can be a bit variable in output between bulbs.I have Osram Night Breakers in mine better than the originals and i am happy with them having said that i might look for some Phillips Racing vision now
The Phillips Racing Vision are on offer on Amazon at the moment, costing just a few quid more than the Osram Night Breakers.
