can I suggest, based on past experiences of updating lists, that if we need a second round of confirmations? that we use the original spreadsheet in post #1. Otherwise, we'll end up with multiple official lists, all disagreeing with each other.

We seem to have 13 confirmed on the list not including Storm and Top-cat so we may need 3 extra passes.

Organisers say that one or two extras is ok (I'm sure that means 3 ) and they'd be best to order on-line but not sure if they mean ordinary tickets or camping tickets??

If there is more than one person in the vehicle, will each of them need a pass? I may have myself + 2 adults!

If one doesn't have a pass from BB issued by the organisers, are the only tickets available, ordinary ones? That is the pass owner cannot camp with the others at the stand, but only in the public area?

Sorry for so many questions, but I would hate to turn up on Friday afternoon and find that I and/or my travelling companions get banished to our own little area of the public camping arena away from the rest of the LZ crew. (And yes, before anyone points it out, I didn't confirm plus 2, but I thought the spreadsheet was just for willing to help over the weekend and needed a vehicle pass/petrmit to camp).
