Generator....Fanny
A few lead lights....Me

Stuff we need is.....

Large gas BBQ
Fold-up tables
The LZ flags......(Accy has them and if he can't make it I'm sure they can be posted)
Lots of other stuff I haven't thought about.....though considering we'll all turn up with shed loads of camping tat/food/drink/tools I think thats the basics covered

I'll bring the toolbox grill come smoke machine come marquee heater and one camping table plus a couple of chairs

My mate the conservationist who has offered to help with V8 has a tent /Marquee - I could ask how big it is ?

Yep there's allsorts that can be posted up but need piccies to draw people in I reckon

Use a world map with pins for where assistance was given. Or large posters with the thread with request for help and out come. Was the Chinese guy in hong kong asking about lift kits and larger tyres, was a pleasant guy
