BB has a SIP topnmg 150 that won't welderise anymore powers up but no out or wirefeed ?? apart frum it been fooked any idea's???

pcb fault most likely a relay or bad solder joint- possibly the thermal cut out as well if it has a glass fuse holder on front is it in tact?

Is this the one?- don't spose it has a wiring diagram?

Yep I think so, internal layout is the same, figure its the control board as theres power out of the main on/off switch :confused: Might have a look to see how much they are to replace when I've got a few pennies

Most have gas on delay and then motor feed. Check the lance trigger wires back to machine- from the picture it looks like there is a power transistor to switch main contactor.

If you can get it to me, can look at it if you would like

I'll give it a good check over and see if I can rule anything out

If the board has a part number it may be possible to find a wiring diagram.

While not familiar with your model, there are either internel or external overheat protection for transformer. If they fail you will get fan on and nothing more.

Do you have a basic digital multi meter?

Yep.....well....Pikey has :eek: I'll pull it out from under the pile an investigate tomorrow

I found a partial wiring diagram the power transistor bolted to heat sink is speed control for motor. Could lz courier it to me if not obvious fault.
