today i have started to fit the slave cylinders, got them fitted on the left side, but as its the later type s3, it has twin leading shoes, but i cant remenber which side the pipe goes that links the top cylinder to the bottom one, can anyone help me with that ?????

next bit, the rigid pipes that link the flexi to the cylinder got damaged in the removal of the old cylinders, (the pipes were corroded anyways) so i got new genuine ones, that needed to be bent into shape, (no problem got a bender for them) but just as i came to fit them i realised that there is a problem, the threads on the flexi dont match the threads on the new pipe, anyone had this???? and how do i get around it ? (also the pipe came with the flairs on and the nuts, so its not as simple as i put the wrong ones on) any help much appriceated (evn if i cant spell it)
thanks ben

Yes that is the pipe I mean for linking the two cylinders, but my problem is that to get it to screw into the bottom cylinder I would need to take off the steering bracket attached to the left wheel, and I also can't remember if it goes like around the side where the bumper is or the side where the footwell is, so basically, any ideas how to get it on ??
And i still have the problem of how to connect the flexi hose to the wheel cylinder
Thanks Ben :)

remove the cylinder, poke pipe thru hole, screw into cylinder, refit cylinder to backplate, nip pipe up.
far as i remember it goes round rear side of axle.
