Brake pedal switch

Hi All, having read about the HDC and TC light problems being attributed to the brake switch I went out and bought one. I have a 2001 1.8 petrol model , the problem I have is I can't find the switch !!! looked in the obvious places under the pedals etc... but it's nowhere to be seen . Any ideas ??

Have another look, its on the brake pedal bracket

You may need a torch. It quite dark down there. Look carefully, it is there...
