Any advice on replacing N/s lower brake light bulb (and type) would be really appreciated! Thanks!

Undo the Allen head screws to remove the light assembly from the bumper. Then twist out the relevant bulb and replace with a new 380 bulb.
Refit the bulb holder into the light assembly, then fit the assembly back into the bumper and tighten the Allen screws.
