Or twot the rear pipe with a nammer. Thatll slow the rears down a bit.
Well it would certainly slow the flow rate that's for sure, but not reduce the pressure to the rears which is what you would be looking for.

Depends how flat you get the pipe.
Or by strained logic put a coil of pipe in the rear brake circuit so the fluid has further to go.
