box section sills

so ive done some searching and not come across the answers i need. i have got hold of the 100x60 box section needed to replace the sills but im not sure of the process in fitting or what to weld it to?

does anyone have some decent pics showing how/what they have done?

I have a thread showing how I did mine but I'm on my phone at the mo so can't give you the link but search my profile for threads started by me and is in there under sills and sliders, I think.

Here is mine.

I replaced a strip of the floor and both mudguards at either end of the cill. I used 80x80mm box section for the body mount brackets and tried to butt weld everything rather than build in more rust trap lap joints, took ages.
