Disco 2 Boot Door - Interior Roof Trim Removal

Hi all, quick (and hopefully simple) question - the rear interior roof trim panel above the boot door, need to remove this to get the headlining out. On mine, it has the two stow-away head rests for the 3rd row slotted into it. There are no obvious fixings, and I don't want to go all ham-fisted and snap anything. Have checked Rave and helpfully it says..... "22. Remove tail door aperture upper trim casing" so that was a good use of my time. I've pretty much found all the other tips and tricks on various threads.

If anyone can suggest where and how to lever this off, I'd be in your debt!
