Bonsoir and hello from France. Just a quick post to introduce myself. I have a Discovery 2 TD5 auto, and hope to have many years of (pain free if possible) pleasurable ownership.

Have been starting to collect tools also, just in case. Problem of course thereafter is.....to know what you're doing with them......

I'm afraid the words pain free & LR products don't go well together, a degree of S&M will be required if you are to enjoy your Disco long term.
I'm confident you will find the help you require from the experts here but I don't count myself among them, just owned LR products for a very long time.

Bonsoir Flossie. Me too. Arrived here 11 years ago about the level of Del Boy "bonnet de douche" etc. Thankfully I am now fluent, but sadly have trouble searching the grey matter for the English words sometimes!! French have a lovely saying; "you speak French like a Spanish cow!".....
