Bluetooth pairs to iPhone but disconnects when answered

Hi folks, sorry another problem i just discovered. I can pair my iPhone with the Bluetooth on my 2005 L322 no problem. When i try to make a call the screen shows as dialling, you hear the dialling. All ok so far but when the caller answers the call drops. The call shows connected on the iPhone handset but the screen display shows as disconnected and radio comes back on.
Any one had the same issue and what the fix is, cheers.

Hi, it seems that I either need a new Nokia Black Brain Box, part lxvj500420 and the associated SW upgrade, however another opinion is that it just needs a SW upgrade.
I have asked a friend of mine that works at Taggerts so will see what the story is
 
I have been looking into what the solution is and I am just getting more and more confused with possible fixes..........someone says ''this will work'' and the next person says ''it doesn't''..........
Can anyone out there please advise me what the correct fix is? thanks again guys.

As I understand it there is a bug in the crApple iphone software, so a software update sounds like the answer, that's assuming crApple have a fix for the problem
 
Hi Datatek,

Cool, I will try and get a SW update done, my friend works at Taggerts Glasgow so see what he can do for me, cheers.

They have it so bloody loud you can hear it a mile away !! Lol

Bit like my mom's qasqai then. Bloody awful if you want a semi private convo. I just have a thing that goes over the ear. Answers after 4 rings. Don't want to take the call, just press it twice. Simple. Lot less than trying to repair a RR system.

Okay, I'll bite. So why are iPhones so rubbish? What would you recommend instead (assuming you're not going to say just something that just makes calls and nothing else as smartphones are for the sort of people who like V8 Range Rovers)?
 
They say you can't polish a turd - but - launched today is the new i**** - it just like any other **** but with propitiatory interfaces designed to screw every penny out of the hapless iZombies and ensure you must buy an iBog and iPaper to match it. Unfortunately when i****4 comes out you will have to change all your toilets because they'll no longer be compatible - Kurrrchinggg..., Screw the manufacturers for expensive license fees to carry a "Made for Apple" logo - but then you'll have to go through the whole process again for the new i****4 interface - Kurrchinggg.

Ever been had?

Samsung now outsell Apple apparently. I have a £71 tablet that does everything an i**** will do plus a whole lot more:)
Jobs chose the i prefix indiicate what he thought of the suckers/idiots who he manipulated into buying his overpriced crap
 
Ok, where to begin? For starters, popularity is no indication of quality, otherwise The Sun would be a better quality paper than the FT.

Apple don't have the most open software development environment, but hey, I'm a consumer, what do I care? Also, surely launching a range of complimentary products with high margins is good business sense? It's not like you need to buy them all to make the core product work?!

I'm not even a particular Apple fan, though I do have an iPhone and an iPad for work (company provided), but I simply don't get why it's an "idiot phone"? I'm not hearing any reasoned arguments here, just lot of (yawn) opinion.

I think my iPhone is pretty good at what it does! I'm writing this post on it for one thing.

This list of crApple problems is pretty long from duff maps to exploding batteries and you are paying £400 for something that cost £40 or so to make, I call that a rip off.
 
You use an iPad and a cheap copy tablet

You can tell the difference straight away

Horrible cheap lay outs

You get what you pay for

My tablet is not a copy, it runs Android, the layouts are as good as an iPad and there is a lot more choice of useful free software. The screen is capacitive multi touch just like and iPad, but each to their own, image is sooo important to the young these days:)
