seemed an alright day, so thought id change my swivel oil for some fresh grease. did the drivers side, bit if water came out with a very small amount of oil.. :-/ put the new grease in all good. turned the steering full lock the other way, drained the passengers side, a bit of water again, but more oil than the other. let that drain for a while as it was fairly thick. came back put the drain back in and started filling but it would not go in at all!!
i cut the tube thing fairly near the end so it would sick in a bit further, squeezed it in then as soon as i pulled it out a massive bubble would come up forcing most of it back out! (this sounds slightly rude..ha!) but so most of it was just going all over the place, all over the disc, all over the tire, and the steering arm thing,. i think i have got some in by jamming it in with my finger.... haha but i may well need a new cv by the end of the week if i didnt get enough in! i was so ****ed off! the other side went perfectly, didnt spill a single bit! should have knows it was going to go wrong somewhere!
just had to have that rant! feel better now.. haha
