Bleeding brakes !!!

Hi all

I need to bleed the brakes on my series 2 as they are spongy i am using a one man kit

This might sound a silly question but its a 2.5 N/A diesel with a brake vacum pump so do you bleed the brakes with the engine running or not ??

Nope !

just start at the shortest run (ie front offside)and finish it the longest rear (usually near side)

not,

as yer servo helps apply more force and make it easier to shove yer pedal further it int needed as once yer open yer nipples the pressure is released and therfore yer dint need any extra ooomph to gert yer pedal to the floor
