Decided to sort out the manifold out one broken stud will not come out so going to have to drill and retap what size should I go upto

Why not use a heli coil and keep the same size?

Never used them I also need to get manifold sorted but am still trying to find someone

I know people have different opinions of them, but have you tried a relatively large easy out on the snapped studs? Wound 2 broken ones out of mine no problems after a good plus gas soak.

Got the other two straight out with an easy out but the third one was being a pain so have drilled it out and will retap it tomorrow
