You would still have drive with a prop on if what I think it is has happened.. Taking the prop off will render it immobile! If it is the gearbox then the ird may be ok... But I had already bought an ird for mine when I found it was the gearbox splines. So I replaced it anyway!
 
Got a mate coming looking at it tomorrow afternoon ill pass all this on and let u know what he says, cheers everyone really appreciate the help.
 
Update incase anyone else ever gets this problem, was ird being replaced when part is delivered. Cheers for everyone's help.
