Hi all, where is the best place online to buy BF Goodrich A/Ts? I bought a 03 90 SW and it has Nankangs on her which I am finding useless in the rain. I will be doing about 10% off road whilst mostly driving on the road.

Also, any ideas on where to get a tubular bumper and winch that will fit a defender with grille facelift? It is a KBX grille.

Thanks,
Dave

If your only doing that much off road get some road tyres or road bias tyres, will me better than a/t s and search for the rest, there are literally hundreds o places that will do those things

Thanks. What are the best road tyres soas to avoid slips when wet and icy roads. Where I live in Ireland, there is always ice on the roads.

Thanks very much for tips.

Any advice on buying a winch and bumper? I have a facelift KBX front grille on the 90 SW.

Thanks
Dave

A/T's with a Snow rating will be your best bet for Icy conditions. and General Road use, but will also be "ok" offroad.

Many places sell BFG AT's depending on the size you need.

Winches and Bumpers have been covered more times than anyone can count do a quick search and make your own mind up!

Best road tyres for ice would be pure winter tyres nothing else compares

This, winter tyres are the best by far however as soon as the road temp gets higher they will disintegrate as the compound is designed to work at very low temps, I think its something like 10 degrees and above they start to wear heavily...

Well one of my mates has got winter tyres on there d4 since new, it's done 14000, so some are obviously better than others, that would hae been my thought too but the evidence doesn't lie, doesn't hurt to have a set though, especially if the winters going to be as bad as they say
