Hi all I am moving back to the UK after 10 years away and will be in the market for a Freelander. I have extensively read posts made in this and other forums to broaden my knowledge of Freelanders but was wondering were do people in the UK sell their cars nowadays?

Exchange and Mart apear to not have many on their website and Auto Trader don't seem to have too many TD4's around my price range on their site neither.

Any help with this would be appreciated thanks. :)

ebay/ebay classifieds.
Auctions but make sure it's fleet stuff not private individual or garage as it will be a pile.

Private news paper adverts tend to want top money

I personnally would only buy one from a trader, that way you get a warranty and can return it if it is a money pit.

he's speaking sense, seriously one from a dealer with VCU replaced seems good idea.

Now look here! You can just stop this helpful malarky...I have a point to prove and you aint helping me :D :D:D

He is right though

Thanks, that's of great help. Can anyone name some auctions in the South UK for fleet cars, I can only think of Blackbush, (BCA). :)

OK, so stay away from auctions, this makes sense not to buy a Freelander sold as seen.

I have drawn up a list of checks to make when I do go looking for one, so will I go trade or private?
