Been and gone and done it !

Never much interested in the 'family' cars we have had to own, only really wanted a Defender but circumstances didn't allow it.

Until now. I just got me a 1993 200TDi Defender and although it has a few wee problems I am well chuffed with it.



and after a wee bit off-roading.



My first concern is the rear indicator which does not work, using a meter I can get a circuit now and again by pushing the receiver part in and out but it never illuminates the bulb. I would like to just buy a new housing rather than muck about with the electrics too much.
Secondly, the drivers window will not wind down at all, I haven't removed the covering yet just wanted to get some ideas on what may be the fault and the cost of replacing it.

That will do for now, we will discuss the gap at the top of the door another time

Lol, cheers. The diagonals are open ended and there's no drain holes, maybe it was an unfinished job
