becm/no central locking

hi all.2001 p38 in with key code lost/immobilised.diesel.key and ext door handle faulty so all new now.key not recognised still and no central locking/eka action.alarm sounds if bonnett opened etc.all wires in pillar ok and autologic can see door open/closed etc.becm is unlocked from past changed(car is rhd diesel auto english becm is lhd petrol manual canadian french!)but will not allow alarm programming as is in alarmed state.usually i would be running for new becm but customer is pleading that i look about for a cheap cure.any brilliance out there in landyworld really appreciated.thanks.j

Looks like you need blackbox MSV with the direct BECM CPU access cable and software to reset the Becm "alarmed state".You will not be able to resync the key fob with the Becm in an alarmed state.
If you do not have the equipment,then I suggested you remove the BECM and send it to a specialist who has.There are a number of forum members who have the necessary equipment.
