All sorted now, thanks for advice.
Depinned about 5 wires from the plug before finding the draw as permanent live to head unit.
I know @PopPops mentioned this but as the radio is completely stock and has never been removed upon inspection - it took me by surprise. Although it is one of the "GPS" LR head units so maybe that played a part. Unit swapped out, now next to nothing in draw.
Off topic, but I'm just tidying some bits up, ACE has been removed previously.. but they botched it by putting tape over the light and cutting the wire to the beeper..
Put the beeper back, unplugged the ACE ECU and jumped the correct 2 pins, but it didn't turn the ACE light off... As I'm typing I recall I pulled the fuse and relay for the ACE when trying to find idle draw.. maybe thats it.
