I've been on both sides with computer and machine maintenance and as a parts customer. Some of my customers were real buggers, those from one particular country that I cannot mention for fear of appearing racist (but the were well tanned) would try all sorts of things to get free replacements
yup - there are some that will try and play the race card unless you bend over backwards and get shafted
