Battery issue

Afternoon people,
Started haved starting issues and strange faults ( low battery dash light, glow plug dash light, smart key not found, rear boot wont open). I'm thinking it's a low battery, are you able to trickle charge without disconnecting battery? I've seen a couple of posts seeing people have blowing g ECU's, also if I need to replace my battery is it a straight swap or does anything need resetting (via diagnostics etc).

Hi. depends on what year and modell Disco you have and what system it has on it so start by telling that.

Hi, it's a 2010 disco 4, tdv6 hse. No stop start.

In this case depends if it has BMS or not, if it does you'll have to program it after battery replacement
