Pray tell me then ,how do I break the seal on the lower ball joint that all the videos show a fork driven between the axle and hub carrier,to adjust the hight of the drive shaft that I set incorrectly 4 weeks ago

Same way you break the top one i don't need to watch videos. Maybe a bar helps I made a tool for height adjustment. .
 
I have a tool made from your dimensions, but I obviously did not set it correctly on the nearside. drivers side is perfect,passenger side is not so will have to do it again. thanks anyway

Do the top one first. Remove the top nut leave bottom nut backed off but in place . Strike top of hub where taper is engaged proper striking will release top taper. Then do same to bottom taper position to release bottom taper. Hub will be retained by nut. Remove nut remove hub.
 
Now now less of the racist natter. You know it is not PC to say how good white pudding is without a reference to the virtues of black pudding at the same time.
Safest just to say that all puddings are good before the LGBTQIA+ puddings start to say it's more than a race issue.
