Hi Alk, has anyone managed to instal or have some company or organisation modify the 6 disc dash changer/radio to accept an auxiliary audio input?
If so, how did you do it?
Cheers,
M.

If you’re talking about an FL2 there us an aux-in jack socket between the front seats. I sometimes plug my mk1 ipod into it, select aux and let the missus play her favourites.

Hi,
No unfortunately I’m talking about the MK1.
Does anyone have the relevant wiring diagram, or can point me to where it might be found.
Cheers,
M.

Here's the CD changer wiring.
The CD output is analogue, and you should be able to make up a patch box to join in an AUX input.

Thanks Nodge,
I’d found that drawing in the meantime. I was hoping it was an analogue out.
I’ll add this to the list along with the one for the Jag!:(
A double pole selector switch to switch between the CD and auxiliary input should be able to be mounted somewhere around the ICE unit
