Auto oil?

Hi I'm having problems with my td5 auto so I am changing the filter and oil but I don't have a handbook so I'm not sure what ATF to use.
Not sure i trust halfrauds to get it right .

Help please I'm a newbie

As others have said buy decent quality atf - I would suggest getting oil that meets or beats DEXRON IIIH standard, such as Millers Millermatic DM.

Hi thanks very much for the help with what oil.
The reason I'm changing the oil is the auto box is playing up, when I put it in drive it can take 90 seconds or so to move . When it does move then the gears are very slow to change up I'm hoping that changing the oil will do the trick.

When I bought it the man did tell me this sometimes happens so I knew what I was buying. Just hope to get away without buying another box .

If any one has any other ideas please let me know thanks .:confused:
